麝香保心丸对冠心病患者MMP-2、MMP-9表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨麝香保心丸对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(Coronary heart disease,CHD)患者基质金属蛋白酶-2(matrix metalloprotein-2,MMP-2)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloprotein-9,MMP-9)表达的影响。方法:从2014年2月—2015年2月在延安大学附属医院心内科行冠脉造影的患者中,选择冠脉造影正常的122例为正常组,确诊为CHD的患者124例为观察组。正常组不采取任何治疗措施,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予麝香保心丸治疗,通过酶联免疫吸附试验检测两组患者血清MMP-2、MMP-9的变化情况。结果:与正常组比较,观察组治疗前血清MMP-2、MMP-9明显增高,差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组在服用麝香保心丸1个月后,血清MMP-2、MMP-9水平明显下降,与本组治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-2、MMP-9是冠心病的预测因子,麝香保心丸可降低冠心病患者血清MMP-2、MMP-9水平。Objective：To explore the influence of Musk Heart-Protecting Pills on the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods：Patients with CHD conducted coronary angiography in the Affiliated Hospital of Yah＇an University bretween February 2014 and February 2015 were randomized into normal group （ 112 cases） with normal coro- nary angiography and observation group （ 124 cases） diagnosed with CHD. Under normal condition, no treatment was conducted in normal group while observation groups were given Musk Heart-Protecting Pills in addition to conventional therapy. The changes of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results：Compared with normal group, the levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the serum increased obviously;the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. After 1 month of tak- ing Musk Heart-Protecting Pills in observation group, the levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the serum declined obviously ;compared with the same group before treatment, the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：MMP-2 and MMP-9 are the predictive factor of CHD. Musk HemProtecting Pills can reduce the levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the serum.
