补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗急性缺血性中风临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗急性缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法:选择2013年5月—2014年6月本院收治的急性缺血性中风患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组、对照1组和对照2组,各40例。试验组给予补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗,对照1组给予补阳还五汤治疗,对照2组给予针灸治疗。结果:试验组有效率为97.5%,对照1组有效率为70.0%,对照2组有效率为65.0%,试验组优于对照1组、对照2组(P<0.05);治疗1个疗程后、治疗2个疗程后,试验组神经功能缺损评分优于对照1组、对照2组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后Barthel指数优于对照1组、对照2组(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗急性缺血性中风疗效显著,能够显著改善患者神经功能缺损程度,明显降低神经功能缺损评分,显著提高Barthel指数。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Yang-Supplementing and Five-Returning Decoction combined with acupunc- ture on acute ischemic stroke. Methods：Tolally 120 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated in this hospital between May 2013 and June 2014 were randomized into experiment group,control group 1 and control group 2,with 40 cases in each group. Experi- ment group were given Yang-Supplementing and Five-Returning Decoction combined with acupuncture ; control group 1 were given Yang-Supplementing and Five-Returning Decoction and control group 2 were given acupuncture treatment. Results：The effective rate was 97.5% in experiment group ,70.0% in control group 1 and 65.0% in control group 2 ;experiment group were better than the two control groups （ P 〈 0. 05）. After one and two treatment courses,the score of neurologic impairment in experiment group was better than that in either cuntrol group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The Barthel index in experiment group was better than the two control groups（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Yang-Supplementing and Five-Returning Decoction combined with acupuncture has remarkable therapeutic effects on acute ischemic stroke, which can significantly improve the neurologic impairment and obviously reduce the neurologic impairment score and markedly increase the Barthel index.
