摘 要:王永炎院士提出"毒损脑络"理论,认为"毒损脑络"是阿尔兹海默病重要病机。"毒损脑络"理论中的"脑络",相当于现代医学的"血脑屏障及其载体功能";而Aβ属于中医的"毒"。阿尔茨海默病中西医病机可表述为:Aβ聚集(毒)可损害血脑屏障及其功能(脑络),而血脑屏障功能破坏(脑络)也会促进Aβ(毒)的脑内聚集。在临床应用"毒损脑络"治疗阿尔茨海默病过程中,除解毒、化瘀、化痰之外,补肾益气保护脑络功能也为常用治疗方法。Academician Wang Yongyan comes up with the theory of "toxin impairing cerebral collaterals" , anti he holds that "tox- in impairing cerebral collaterals" is the important pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease. The "cerebral collaterals" in this theory e- quals to the "blood brain barrier and its carrier function" in modern medicine, mid Algpertains to "toxicity" in TCM. The patho- genesis of Alzheimer's disease can be described as :aceumulation of Aβmay impair the blood brain barrier and its carrier function, but the impairnlent of blood brain barrier and its carrier function may in turn promote the accumulation of Ai3 in the brain. Clini- cally, during the treatment of Alzheimer's disease under the theory of "toxin impairing cerebral collaterMs" ,method of kidney-ton- ifying and qi-benefiting method are commonly applied therapy as well as toxin eliminating, blood stasis resolving and phlegm elim- inating.
