摘  要:本文以珍珠岩、蛭石和壤土为基质,以双吉尔(GGR)、吲哚丁酸(IAA)和萘乙酸(NAA)为生根剂,采用随机区组试验设计,开展不同扦插季节、不同枝龄的香果树扦插育苗试验。研究表明,香果树扦插枝龄以6月龄嫩枝最佳,扦插季节以夏季为宜,扦插基质以蛭石最优,生根剂以双吉尔(GGR)200 ppm效果最好。采用"夏季嫩枝+蛭石基质+GGR200 ppm"的配套技术后,香果树扦插生根率可达68.61%。In this study, perlite, vermiculite and sandy soil were used as base materials, and GGR, IAA and NAA were used as rooting catalysts, tests were conducted by a randomized block design on cuttage and seedling cultivation of Emmenopterys henryi in different seasons and at branch age. The study showed that the branches of six-month age were the best for doing cuttage, the best cuttage season and base mate- rial were late summer and vermiculite. Besides, GGR controlled in 200 ppm was a better rooting catalyst as compared with others. As a consequence,the seedling rate could reach 68.61% if young branches were taken to do cuttage at late summer and with using vermiculite and GGR in 200 ppm.
