摘 要:采用感度试验(摩擦感度和撞击感度)测定了高能钝感炸药1-氧-2,6-二氨基-3,5-二硝基吡嗪(LLM-105)粒度对于单质炸药机械感度的影响。试验以机械球磨法得到的LLM-105颗粒为研究对象,粒度范围为4-70μm。机械感度结果表明随着LLM-105平均粒径的增大,其摩擦感度和撞击感度均有不同程度的降低。机械球磨得到的颗粒由于表面相对于溶液结晶得到的颗粒表面更为平滑,其摩擦感度和撞击感度也相对较低。Different LLM-105 particle diameters were measured and their influences on sensitivities were compared in both friction and compact experiment. The particles of LLM-105 were derived from ball milling method, and their diameter were among 4-70μm. The results shown that with the increase of LLM- 105 particle diameters, the friction sensitivity of LLM-105 decreased, and the same trend was found in the compact sensitivity. The phenomenon was attributed mainly to the smooth surface and shape from ball milling method than angular anisotropic particles from crystallization process.
