民办高校构建服务发展型学生工作体系探析

摘　　要：当前,民办高校适应大学生发展的新环境和新要求,努力构建教育、管理、指导与服务并重的服务发展型学生工作体系至关重要。民办高校应从以下内在机制上进行学生工作综合性、系统性改革:从灌输式的课堂思想政治教育向情景体验式的实践教育转型;从隐形的行政管理关系向民主开放的服务关系转型;从单一学生事务向学生事务与学术事务结合转型;从隶属院系"班级管理"向校园"社区管理"转型;学生工作队伍从经验型(领导)向专业型(导师)转型;学生工作运行机制从独立运作向横向合作转型。Currently it is very important how the private universities should adapt to the new environment and new requirements for the development of university students,and construct the student management system in the type of service and development,which emphasizes equally education,management,guidance and service. Private universities should carry out the comprehensive and systematic reform in student management work in the following inside mechanisms： transform from infusing ideological and political education in classes to experiencing the real circumstances in practice education; transform from the invisible administrative and management relationship to the service relationship that is democratic and open; transform from the single student affairs to the combination of student affairs and academic affairs; transform from the ＂class management＂affiliated to the colleges to the ＂community management＂in the campus; transform the student management team from experience type（ leaders） to professional type（ tutors）; and transform the operation system of student management work from independent operation to crosswise cooperation.
