多元融合视域下学术期刊的转型发展

摘　　要：在"互联网+"时代,新技术与新媒体为各领域和各行业提供了广阔的网络平台,创造了学术期刊生存与发展的新环境和新生态,使学术期刊的改革与转型成为必然之势。在转型过程中,学术期刊应该恪守学术规范,找准自身定位,利用新技术与新平台,让"互联网+"与学术期刊进行深度融合,顺应核心功能与新兴技术、传统媒体与跨界媒体、传统出版与数字出版融合发展的新趋势和大方向,实现学术期刊在功能作用、传播形式、服务模式、学术评价、办刊方式等各方面的转型与变革。In the era of ＂Intemet ＋＂, new technology and new media have provided a broad network platform for various fields and industries, creating a new environment and ecology for the development of academic journals, making their reform and transformation an inevitable trend. In the process of transformation, academic journals should abide by academic norms, identify their own positioning, make in-depth integration of ＂Internet ＋＂ and academic journals with the use of new technologies and platforms. Meanwhile, it should conform to the new trends and direction of the integration and development of traditional fi.mctions and emerging technologies, traditional media and cross media, traditional publishing and digital publishing, so as to achieve the transformation and reform of academic journals in the aspects of fimction, form of communication, service model,. academic evaluation and the way of running the journal.
