摘 要:针对现阶段蜡沉积模拟软件计算数据繁冗、不能动态而直观反映原油管道内壁蜡沉积情况的缺点,以及蜡结晶特性和管道非稳态温度场的特点,以面向对象且以事件驱动为机制的可视化程序设计语言Visual Basic 2005(8.0)为平台,选用分段迭代计算方法,利用可与DataGrid对象关联的MSChart控件设计并实现蜡沉积预测数据的图形化显示.对单位温降析蜡量的实测值和计算值进行了对比分析,数据曲线分布规律基本一致,且二者相差最大值约为0.7%,结果表明软件计算结果有效、数据精度较高,且具有监测直观、操作方便的特点.Aimed at the shortcoming of present simulation software for wax deposition such as complicated computation and disability of reflecting dynamically and directly the wax deposition onto the inner wall of the crude oil pipeline, and also at the feature of wax crystallinity and nonsteady-state temperature field of pipeline, the graphical display of wax deposition prediction data was designed and realized by taking the object-oriented and even-driven visualized programming language Visual Basic 2005 (8. 0) as design plat- form, the segmentalized iteration as computation method, and by using the control device of MSChart, which can be correlated to the DataGrid object. The testing values and computation values of wax precipi- tation quantity were compared with each other and analyzed and it was found that the distribution pattern of their data curves was basically identical and the maximum deviation was about 0. 7%, showing that software computation result would be valid; data accuracy-higher and would have the feature of visualized monitoring and convenient operation.
