针灸治疗老年重症肺炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸对老年重症肺炎患者中医症状、胃肠功能及生活质量的影响。方法:125例老年重症肺炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予抗感染等常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予针灸治疗。比较两组患者胃肠道症状改善时间、住院时间、胃肠功能及生活质量指标评分。结果:观察组中医症状(反流呕吐、肠鸣音、出血等)改善时间与入住ICU时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,两组胃肠功能指标包括胃动素、胃泌素、胃残留量、腹腔内压力均较治疗前取得显著改善,观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.01);且观察组急性生理与慢性健康评分系统指标(年龄、急性生理学、慢性健康)评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:针灸治疗老年重症肺炎可显著缓解患者临床症状,并且能有效改善其胃肠功能,提高生活质量。Objective：To observe the effect of acupuncture on TCM symptoms, gastrointestinal function and quality of life in elderly patients with severe pneumonia. Methods ： 125 cases of elderly patients with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into the con- trol group and the observation group. The control group was given conventional anti infection treatment, the observation group was given acupuncture treatment based on the control group. Compared two groups of patients with gastrointestinal symptoms time, hos- pitalization time, gastrointestinal function and quality of life scores. Results ： TCM symptoms （ reflux vomiting, bowel sounds, bleed- ing） to improve time and ICU stay time, hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. After treatment, gastrointestinal function indexes including motilin, gastrin, gastric residual volume, intra-abdominal pres- sure of the two groups were significantly better than before treatment, and the obsercation group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The observation group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ） in the indexes of acute physiology and chronic health score （age,acute physiology and chronic health） score improvement. Conclusion ：Acupuncture can significantly relieve the symptoms of TCM in elderly patients with severe pneumonia, and effectively improve the gastrointestinal function and quality of life.
