十味止痒煎治疗女性湿热下注型阴痒临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察十味止痒煎坐浴外洗治疗女性阴痒的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的阴痒患者随机分为两组,治疗组49例采用自拟经验方十味止痒煎坐浴外洗治疗。对照组49例采用皮肤康洗液外洗治疗。每天2次,10 d为1个疗程。每个月经周期治疗1个疗程,连续治疗3个月经周期。经期禁用。结果:治疗组有效率为93.83%,对照组有效率79.59%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟十味止痒煎治疗女性阴痒可显著提高临床疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Ten Flavor Antipruritic Decoction sitting bath treatment of woman pruritus vulvae. Methods：The patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was given self-made prescription Ten Flavor Antipruritic Decoction sitting bath. The control group was given Pifukang solution external sitting wash. Two times a day, 10 days as a course of treatment. Continuous treatment of 3 menstrual cycles, menstrual disabled. Results ：The effective rate of treatment group was 93.83%, and the control group was 79.59% , and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion ： Self-made prescription Ten Flavor Antipruritic Decoction in treating women with pruritus vulvae can improve the efficiency and the curative effect is satisfactory.
