大学生饮酒行为及其与孤独感的关系探析

摘　　要：孤独感是大学生饮酒行为诱发的因素之一。通过对585名大学生的调查发现,"饮酒"已经成为大学生生活中较为普遍的行为,经常饮酒的大学生的孤独感得分明显偏高,大学生的孤独感对其饮酒行为具有一定的预测作用。因此,应从积极预防大学生孤独感的发生入手,积极引导他们树立正确的饮酒观,促进其健康成长。The loneliness is one of the factors that influence the drinking alcohol behavior of the university student. Through the survey to 555 university students, We discover that the drinking alcohol behavior has already become more universal in the life of university student, that it is obviously higher to the loneliness of the university student who usually drink alcohol, and that it has a certain estimate function in the drinking alcohol behavior because of the loneliness of the university student. So we should actively prevent the loneliness of the university student, guide them to set up a correct view of drinking alcohol, and help them grow up healthily.
