摘 要:五段制井降斜段或下直段滑动钻进托压严重,滑动钻进困难,滑动效率低。实钻数据表明,水力振荡器在五段制井中缓解托压的效果有好有差。分析认为这与水力振荡器的工作特性、使用的井段等有很大的关系。因此,本文在分析了水力振荡器工作特性的基础上,研究了水力振荡器在五段制井眼中的适应性。现场应用效果表明,水力振荡器有效缓解五段制井降斜段滑动钻进托压问题,但是不能缓解下直段滑动钻进托压问题。本文的研究结果为五段制井合理优选水力振荡器、优化水力振荡器安放位置有重要的意义。Backing pressure severely while sliding drilling in slant well, and the sliding efficiency is low. The drilling results showed that the using of hydraulic oscillator, some wells the effect are well, some wells the effect are not well. Analysts believe that this has a great relationship with operating characteristic and the well section. Therefore,the operating characteristics of hydraulic oscillator was analyzed, the suitability in slant well is studied. The application results showed that hydraulic oscillator can effectively alleviate sliding drilling backing pressure in slant well except lower hold section. The results of this paper reasonably well prepared for the slant well preferably hydraulic oscillator, optimized placement of hydraulic oscillator has an important significance.
