摘 要:塔河油田已进入开采中期,有杆泵机械采油是最主要的开采方式,由于其油藏特征,管、杆、泵都在较恶劣环境下工作,导致机采井工况复杂。前人已经对塔河油田机采井典型功图进行了详细总结,大多可用于直接判断工况。但在实际生产中,出现了很多复杂、少见、多解、难解的功图,对工况判断造成了一定阻碍。本文将此类功图定义为非典型功图,根据功图形状特征细分为4大类10小类,与理论功图对比,从功图位置、载荷变化入手,结合现场现象、设备结构、检泵情况等进一步分析功图形成原因,并针对性的提出解决对策,以期进一步完善常见功图类型,为后期复杂工况机采井的处理提供依据。Tahe oilfield has entered the medium term, sucker rod pumping is the most important way to oil production, because of the reservoir characteristics, tubes, rods, pumps are generally working in a more hostile environment, the operating conditions of the machine are complicated. Previous authors have made a detailed summary of the typical dynamometer card of Tahe oilfield, most can be used to directly determine the operating conditions. But there are many complex, rare, multi solution, hard dynamometer card in actual production whitch caused certain obstacles to the condition judgment. The definition of this type of work is atypical dynamometer card in this paper, according to the shape feature it is subdivided into 4 major categories and 10 small class.Contrast with theoretical dynamometer card, starting with the position and the load change, analysis the reasons for the formation of the dynamometer card by combining with the phenomenon of the field, equipment structure, pump inspection, and puts forward the countermeasures to solve it, in order to improve the types of common dynamometer card and provid basis for the treatment of the complicated working conditions.
