摘  要:玉门油田酒东采油厂目前用处理后的采出水作为注入水水源。针对注入水及地层水的离子成分特点,开展结垢类型研究,并主要根据混合比、温度、pH值、压力等因素开展结垢影响因素分析,得出垢型为CaCO_3和BaSO_4垢,主要为前者、注入水与地层水以9:1的比例混合时结垢量最大、结垢量与pH值和温度成正比,与压力影响较小。通过实验结果选定阻垢剂,优选出阻垢剂GY-405,并确定最佳浓度120 mg/L,弱酸性阻垢效果最宜,阻垢率可达到91.91%。Jiudong Yumen oilfield is now taking produced water reinjection as the main way of water flooding. According to the ion type, research on scaling type of produced water was carried out. Through factor analysis, including blending ratio of produced water to formation water, temperature, pH, pressure, CaCO3 and BaSO4 is the main scale forming compounds and most CaCO3. While the ratio of injection water to formation water equals 9:1, amount of scale build up gets maximum. The amount of scaling is proportional to p H and temperature and less with pressure. By laboratory experiment, inhibitor GY-405 was selected and the inhibition rate can get 91.91 % under the condition of faintly acid with concentration of 120 mg/L.
