摘 要:针对常用非溶性惰性加重剂使高密度钻井液体系固相含量增加,流变性变差,制约机械钻速提高的问题,开发了高性能水溶性钻井液加重剂RSW_1、RSW_2。20℃时,RSW1饱和溶液密度为1.33 g/cm^3,RSW_2饱和溶液密度为1.56 g/cm^3,两产品抑制性能和抗盐性能均较好。与目前市场上用量较大的水溶性加重剂Weigh_2和Weigh_3相比,RSW_1、RSW_2就单剂基本性能与其溶液密度、抑制性能和抗盐性能相当,甚至略好;体系性能、生物毒性及环保等性能还在进一步评价中。Adding of the insoluble weighting agents increase the solid content of the drilling fluid system, worsen rheological performances, and restrict the increase of ROP. Aimd at these outstanding problems, new soluble weighting agents RSW1, RSW2 were developed. Lab evaluation tests showed that the density of RSW1 saturated solution was 1.33 g/cm3, and RSW2 was 1.56 g/cm3 in 20 ℃. Their inhibition performances and salt resistances were both very good. Compared with soluble weighting agents Weigh2 and Weigh3 used at present, the solution densities, inhibition performances and salt resistances were almost equal, or even better in some aspects. System performances, biological toxicity and environmental performances are still testing, and dates will publish later on.
