摘  要:电流互感器是一次系统和二次系统之间的重要联络元件,随着西部电网建设的不断发展,恶劣的外部环境对电流互感器的绝缘性能设计提出严格要求,尤其是西北地区高海拔、高寒、昼夜温差大对电流互感器的绝缘强度影响更加重要,本文通过分析1起某火车牵引变电流互感器连续出现金属膨胀器爆裂着火事故,导致电网停运的恶性事件,发现本批次设备存在干燥未彻底等问题,提出了相对应的预防措施,以避免类似事故发生。Current transformer is a key contact component between the primary and secondary system.With the rapid development of grid construction in the West of China,strict requirement on the insulation design of current transformer is raised due to severe external environment,especially the influence to the insulation strength of current transformer by high altitude,high and cold condition and big day and night temperature in the Northwest area. In this paper,throughout the analysis of metal expander explosion and fire of current transformer of train traction transformer,which leads to power off,it is found that the equipment has the problem of incomplete drying,corresponding preventive measures are proposed so to avoid the occurrence of the similar fault in the future.
