摘 要:电力系统谐振过电压不仅引起电压互感器(PT)断线甚至烧毁,而且会引发主设备损坏造成大面积停电事故,严重威胁电网的安全稳定运行。基于对铁磁谐振产生机理的研究,结合10 kV变电站故障录波及二次消谐装置的动作行为,本文对因铁磁谐振现象造成的不接地系统10 kV电压互感器高压保险频繁熔断现象进行分析。虑及故障前后多功能消谐装置的动作情况,并考虑装置动作前后10 kV侧运行电压波动情况分析了多功能消谐装置对PT铁磁谐振过电压现象的治理情况。在上述研究的基础上,本文对多功能消谐装置消除铁磁谐振过电压的能力提出了质疑,并简要分析了其功能局限性的原因。Resonance overvoltage in power system causes wire breakage and even burning of voltage transformer,but also causes damage of primary equipment large scale of power off and a serious threat to safe and stable operation of power grid. In this paper,the frequent fuse of HV fuse for 10 kV voltage transformer at un-earthing system due to ferroresonance is analyzed on the basis of the study of generating mechanism of the ferroresonance with combination of operation of fault record and secondary harmonic elimination device of 10 kV substation. The control of multiple function harmonic device to the ferroresonance overvoltage of voltage transformer is analyzed with consideration of operation of the harmonic elimination device before and after fault and fluctuation of operation voltage at 10 kV side before and after operation of the device. On the basis of above study,the ability of the multiple function harmonic elimination device in eliminating ferroresonance overvoltage is questioned in this paper,and the reason of its function limitation is analyzed briefly.
