摘 要:本文将遗传算法(GA)与信任技术(Trust-Tech)算法相结合,用于解决配电网中电容器的配置问题。建立了相应的数学模型,将电容器购买费用、安装费用、维护费用与系统有功损耗支出的总和最小作为目标函数。算法包含2个阶段,首先采用具有全局搜索能力的GA算法来识别包含高质量最优解的解空间区域,然后采用信任技术搜索该区域内的局部最优解,取其中最优解作为电容器配置方案。并将该算法用于实际系统的测试,测试结果表明该算法可以获得比遗传算法更好的解,且解具有确定性。In this paper,the genetic algorithm(GA) and trust-technology(trust-tech) algorithm are combined to solve the configuration problem of capacitor in the distribution network. Corresponding mathematical model is built and the sum of purchasing cost of capacitor,installation cost,maintenance cost and active loss expenditure are taken as objective function. The algorithm includes two stages,the GA algorithm with global searching ability is used firstly to identify space area containing high quality and optimal solution,then partial optimal solution in the area is searched by the trust technology and the most optimal solution is taken as the capacitor's configuration scheme. The algorithm is used test of actual system and it is show by the test result that this algorithm can obtain better solution than that of genetic algorithm and the solution has certainty.
