摘 要:随着规模化风电的快速开发,新疆哈密地区集群化风电基地已初步形成规模。但由于风电均处于电网末端,网架结构薄弱,且呈现串供接力供电,风电的波动性和随机性对电网的安全稳定运行产生较大的影响。特别是近年来在直流近区、风电汇集地区出现的非同步振荡(包含次同步振荡和超同步振荡)现象,目前对其发生的机理还未完全研究清楚。本文结合次同步振荡在线监测装置暂稳态录波数据,分析了次同步振荡分量提取方法,对其暂稳态数据结果的不同原因进行了分析研究,提出了利用暂稳态数据对多模态非同步振荡进行分析需关注的方面。对风电规模化开发、运行和优化协调控制奠定了坚实的基础,对含大量电力电子元器件电网的非同步振荡分析及治理具有重要的参考价值。With the rapid development of large-scale wind power,the cluster wind power base has been initially built in scale in Hami area of Xinjiang. But since the wind power is at the end of the power grid,the grid structure is weak and shows the collusion relay power supply;therefore the volatility and randomness of wind power have a great impact on the safe and stable operation of power grid. Especially in recent years,the generation mechanism of the asynchronous oscillation(including sub synchronous oscillation and super synchronous oscillation)occurred in DC near area and wind power concentrated area is not studied clearly. In this paper,the extraction method of sub synchronous oscillation component is analyzed with combination of transient and steady recording data of sub synchronous oscillation on-line monitoring device and the different reasons on the transient and steady data result is analyzed and studied. The aspects should to be concerned about for using transient steady state data to analyze the multi-mode and asynchronous oscillations are presented. It has laid a solid foundation for the largescale development,operation and optimization of wind power,and has important reference value for the analysis and control of the asynchronous oscillation of a large number of power electronic components.
