从浊毒论治高效抗逆转录病毒疗法相关代谢综合征

摘　　要：高效抗逆转录病毒疗法所致代谢综合征以脾气虚弱为本,浊毒内壅,痰瘀互结为标。脾失健运而不能升清,胃失和降而不能降浊,一则水谷不化精微而气血生化乏源,元气无充而渐衰;二则水谷不化精微而变生痰饮、湿浊,化生浊毒。浊毒既成,胶结作用于人体,导致人体细胞、组织、血液和器官的浊化,进而出现机体代谢障碍等一系列临床表现,治疗当以化浊解毒为法。The root cause of efficient antiretroviral therapy induced metabolic syndrome is Spleen Qi deficiency and the symptoms are Turbidity Toxin congestion and Phlegm-Stasis cementation. When Spleen function is weak the nutritional production and trans- mission would be negatively influenced, while Stomach Qi is in disharmony the metabolic waste transmission would also be blocked. The inadequate production and the transmission of Qi and Blood would lead to the recession of human Yuan Qi and the pathologic substances such as phlegm-fluid, Dampness turbidity would be produced, which would lead to Turbidity Toxin eventually and then the turbidity of human cells, tissues and blood and organs would take place. In this case, a series of clinical manifestations of human metabolism may be resuhed. Therefore, method of decomposing the Turbidity Toxin should be applied in TCM treatment of Metabolic Syndrome caused by Efficient Antiretroviral Therapy.
