中医药治疗糖尿病合并抑郁症用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:分析糖尿病合并抑郁症患者的中医治疗用药规律。方法:通过对广东省中医院住院电子病例系统进行数据挖掘,收集符合标准的糖尿病合并抑郁症患者140例,采用频数统计方法分析其中医用药规律。结果:所收集的140例患者中,男47例,女93例;年龄(63.2±7.5)岁。在病例资料中,首次中药处方共涉及191味中药,药味出现的总频次为1 656次,其中频次较高的中药依次为:茯苓、法半夏、白术、陈皮、黄芪、炙甘草、党参、丹参、川芎、柴胡、白芍等;居于前列的中药种类为:补气药、活血化瘀药、利水渗湿药、清热药、解表药、化痰药、理气药等。结论:中医治疗糖尿病合并抑郁症患者涉及补气、活血、祛湿、清热、化痰、理气等法,因本病多为本虚标实之证,治疗常需多法并用,而非一法通治。Objective ： To discuss the law of herb application in treatment of Diabetes combined with Depression. Method ： According to in-patient file system of Guangdong Provincal Hospital of TCM, 140 files were selected as original data and were imput in the system. After that, statistical analysis was made by applying data statistical methods. Result： Of the 140 patients collected,47 were males and 93 were females,with a mean age of （63.2 ＋7.5） years. 191 traditional Chinese medicine herbs were involved in the first prescriptions. The total frequency of the occurrence of herbs was 1656 times, in order of frequency the Chinese medicine herbs are ： Fuling （ Poria）, Banxia （ Pinellia）, Baizhu （ Atractylodes）, Chenpi （ Citrus ）, Huangqi （ Astragalus）, Zhigancao （ Glycyrrhi- za） , Dangshen （Codonopsis） , Danshen （ Salvia）, Chuansiong （Ligusticum） , Chaihu （Bupleurum） , Baishao （Paeonia）. The func- tions of herbs that were frequently used are：tonifying qi, promoting Blood circulation or removing Blood stasis, eliminating Damp- ness, clearing Heat, removing Phlegm, regulating Qi and so on. Conclusion ： Chinese medicine treatment of diabetes with depression involves tonifying Qi, promoting Blood circulation, eliminating dampness, clearing heat, removing Phlegm, regulating Qi and other methods, because the pathological mechanism of the disease is deficiency in root and excess in branch and integrated treatment method should be used.
