陈树真运用通腑法治疗内科疑难病经验

摘　　要：通腑法由泻下药为主组方,具有通导大便、排除积滞、荡涤实热、攻逐水饮等作用,能清除肠道中水湿、瘀毒、积滞等病理产物,可以恢复肠道的传输功能,使肠道及时排出毒物,减少其对肠道的有害刺激。陈树真强调通腑法为逐邪而设,勿拘便结,着重顾护胃气,临床运用注重"升"与"降"的关系,灵活处理"中病即止"与"效不更方"的关系,其在临床中辨治危重疾病,常取佳效。TCM Tongfu method means by using purgating TCM Decoction, which mainly consists of diarrhea-removing medicines, to guide stool, remove stagnancy lclean up Heat and dispel Dampness within human body. It also means to remove the pathological products such as water and Blood stasis to restore the intestinal transmission function so that the timely intestinal discharge of toxic substances can reduce its harmful stimulation to the intestine. Professor Chen Shuzhen stresses that Tongfu method is aimed at dis- pelling the internal evils of the human organs. He also emphasizes of the clinical care of the function of the stomach Qi in the process by balancing the relationship between ＂ascending＂ and ＂descending＂ of human Qi. Besides, according to him, maintaining a good relationship between treatment and the nourishment in dealing with serious illness is also important in clinics.
