摘　　要：抑郁症发病机制复杂,除了与细胞因子、下丘脑-腺垂体-肾上腺皮质轴失调、单胺类神经递质紊乱有关外,还是神经营养因子和海马神经元损伤与重塑等多因素综合作用的结果。其中,神经营养因子缺乏诱导海马神经元的细胞凋亡和自噬是抑郁症的主要病理机制。中医药具有整体调节,不良反应小的特点,以神经营养因子和海马神经元损伤与重塑为出发点,进行中药多药理作用机制的研究,有助于为中医药治疗抑郁症提供依据。The pathogenesis of Depression is complex. In addition to the related factors of cytokines, hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis disorders,monoamine neurotransmitter disorders, it is also the result of other factors such as neurotrophic factors and hipp- ocampal neuronal damage and remodeling. Among them, the lack of neurotrophic factors induced the incidence of Depression, and hippocampal neurons apoptosis and autophagy is also the main pathological mechanism of Depression. Traditional Chinese medicine is advantageous in the overall regulation of human body with the characteristics of causing small adverse reactions. Therefore, stud- ying on the neurotrophic factors and hippocampal neuron damage and remodeling to find out the multi-pharmacological mechanism in traditional Chinese medicine research is helpful to provide better Chinese medicine treatment of Depression.
