摘　　要：炙甘草汤全方共奏补血滋阴、健脾益气温阳之功效,通过"损其心者,调其荣卫""善补阳者,必于阴中求阳"分析其内在机制,可知该方不应只局限于治疗"心动悸""脉结代"为临床主要表现的心血管系统疾病,还可将此方推广应用于因营气衰少、卫气不足所致之不寐以及因脾虚、津血不足所致之燥证的治疗。随着后世医者对炙甘草汤理论精髓的深入领会,该方将会有更加宝贵的临床应用价值。TCM Zhigancao Decoction is used in tonifying Blood to nourish Yin as well as invigorating Spleen and replenishing Qi to warm Yang of patients. According to the TCM theory of ＂regulating the Rong Qi and Wei Qi can treat for disease of injured Heart＂ and the theory of ＂nourishing Yang should be done by tonifying both Yin and Yang＂ , it is found that Zhigancao Decoction not only can be used in treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases, in which the main symptoms are usually palpitation and irregular pulse, but also can be applied into the treatment of Insomnia, which is caused by deficiency of Ying Qi and Wei QI, and dryness syndrome, which is due to deficiency of Spleen and the lack of Jin and Ye in human body. With in-depth understanding of the theory of the medical practitioners on the essence of Zhigancao Decoction, more valuable clinical applications would be worked out.
