浅析补肾阳中药治疗围绝经期综合征

摘　　要：更年期女性绝经前后,肾气由盛转衰,天癸由少至衰竭,易受到内外因素影响,导致阴阳失调而出现围绝经期综合征,其基本病机以肾虚为主。故治疗应采用补肾阳中药,调节下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴功能,同时结合现代药理研究和其他中医传统治疗方法,建立合理的证候量化研究体系,进一步为围绝经期综合征的用药提供依据。efore and after women＇s menopause, the Kidney Qi attenuates and Tiangui decreases or even becomes exhausted. During this period, women are vulnerable to internal or external factors and easily to suffer from imbalance of Yin and Yang or the peri- menopausal syndrome as it is called, the basic pathogenesis of which is Kidney deficiency. In TCM treatment of it, medicines which can tonify Kidney Yang are usually applied to regulate the function of the hypothalamic- pituitary-ovarian axis. Furthermore, com- bined with modern pharmacological research and other traditional Chinese medicine treatment, a reasonable quantitative research system of syndromes is to be established to provide better basis for future perimenopausal syndrome medication.
