摘 要:目的:观察健脾益肾方对老年性痴呆模型大鼠记忆能力及海马CA1区JNK蛋白表达的影响。方法:将40只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、脑复康组、健脾益肾方组,每组10只。复制老年性痴呆大鼠模型,观察大鼠学习记忆能力及海马CA1区JNK蛋白表达的变化。结果:造模后模型组、脑复康组、健脾益肾方组大鼠Y型电迷宫测试结果分别为(25.4±4.30)次、(25.2±4.02)次、(24.1±5.51)次,显著高于空白组(P<0.05);治疗后模型组、脑复康组、健脾益肾方组大鼠Y型电迷宫测试结果分别为(23.5±4.71)次、(20.0±2.31)次、(17.0±3.16)次,脑复康组、健脾益肾方组显著低于模型组(P<0.05),健脾益肾方组显著低于脑复康组(P<0.05)。模型组、脑复康组、健脾益肾方组大鼠海马CA1区JNK蛋白阳性表达评分分别为(32.9±4.82)分、(28.6±5.32)分、(22.4±4.90)分,脑复康组、健脾益肾方组显著低于模型组(P<0.05),健脾益肾方组显著低于脑复康组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾益肾方可以改善AD大鼠的学习记忆能力,其机制可能与海马CA1区JNK蛋白表达降低有关。Objective : To observe the effect of Jianpi Yishen Decoction on the memory ability and the expression of JNK protein in hippocampal CA1 region of Alzheimer's Disease model rats. Methods:Forty SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, mod- el group, Naofukang group and Jianpi Yishen Prescription group. The learning and memory ability of rats and the expression of JNK protein in hippocampal CA1 region were observed in rats. Results:The resuhs of Y-type electric maze test of model group, Naofu- kang group and Jianpi Yishen Prescription group were (25.4 ±4.30) times, (25.2±4.02) times, (24.1±5.51 ) times respec- tively, which were significantly higher than that of the model group (P 〈 0.05 ). That of Naofukang group and Jianpi Yishen Prescription group after treatment was (20.0 ± 2.31 ) times, ( 17.0± 3.16) times and (23.5 ±4.71 ) times respectively,which were significantly lower than that of the model group (P 〈 0.05 ). That of Jianpi Yishen Prescription group significantly lower than that of the Naofukang group(P 〈 0.05). The expression of JNK protein in model group, Naofukang group and Jianpi Yishenfang group were (32.9 ± 4.82), (28.6± 5.32), (22.4±4.90) respectively and that of the Naofukang group and Jianpi Yishen Prescription group was significantly lower than that of the model group ( P 〈 0.05 ). That of the Jianpi Yishen Prescription group was significantly lower than that of the Naofukang group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion :Jianpi Yishen Prescription can improve the learning and memory ability of AD rats and the mechanism may be related to the decrease of JNK protein expression in hippocampal CA1 region.
