大黄灌肠汤联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究大黄灌肠汤联合前列地尔注射液对慢性肾功能衰竭患者中医症状评分、肾功能及生存质量的影响。方法:选取110例慢性肾功能衰竭患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组各55例,对照组单纯予以前列地尔注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合大黄灌肠汤治疗,2周后比较两组患者中医症状评分、肾功能及生存质量变化情况。结果:观察组治疗后纳差便溏、皮肤瘙痒、疲倦乏力等中医症状评分均较对照组显著降低,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肾功能指标和生存质量均较对照组改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大黄灌肠汤联合前列地尔注射液治疗能够改善慢性肾功能衰竭患者临床症状和肾功能,促进患者生存质量提高。Objective ： To study the effect of Rhubarb Enema Decoction combined with Alprostadil injection on symptom score, renal function and life quality of patients with chronic renal failure. Methods ： One hundred and ten patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Each group consisted of 55 cases. The control group was treated with Alprostadil alone. The observation group was treated with Rhubarb Enema Decoction combined with Alprostadil injection. The treatment lasted for 2 weeks. The TCM symptom score, renal function and quality of life of the two groups were examined and com- pared. Results ： Compared with the control group, the scores of the symptoms such as poor appetite, loose stools, pruritus and fatigue were significantly lower in the observation group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the renal function and the quality of life of patients were significantly better than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：RhubarbEnema Decoction combined with Alpros- tadil injection can improve the clinical symptoms, the renal function and the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure.
