摘　　要：目的:分析探讨骨质疏松症中药处方的用药规律。方法:通过中国知网、维普、万方数据库收集2013年-2015年中药治疗骨质疏松症的处方,采用关联规则apriori算法等无监督数据挖掘方法,分析处方中各种药物的使用频次、性味归经和药物之间的关联规则。结果:中药治疗骨质疏松症常用的药物以归肝、脾、肾经的补阳药、补血药及活血化瘀药等为主,性多温、平,味辛、苦、甘。熟地黄、当归、淫羊藿、骨碎补、牛膝、杜仲、山药、补骨脂、黄芪、茯苓、白芍等是临床治疗骨质疏松症常用的核心药物。结论:通过中医传承辅助平台软件,运用数据挖掘技术对现代文献进行用药规律研究,可获得传统文献整理和统计不能发现的隐性知识和信息,为临床治疗骨质疏松症提供参考。Objective ： To study the rule of drug use of traditional Chinese medicine prescription in treating for osteoporosis. Meth- ods：The prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of osteoporosis were collected from CNKI （China National Knowl- edge Infrastructure） ,Vipu and Wanfang database from 2013 to 2015, and unsupervised data mining methods such as association rule apriori algorithm were used to analyze the frequency of use of various drugs in TCM prescription. The character, taste and channel tropism of the drugs and the association rules of the drugs were analyzed. Results ： The TCM drugs commonly used in the treatment of osteoporosis are those can tonify Yang, supplement Blood and activate Blood circulation with the channel troposm be- ing to Liver,Spleen and Kidney! In nature the drugs are spicy and in flavor they are pungent,bitter or sweet. The core drugs commonly used in the clinical treatment of osteoporosis are Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Epimedium, Rhizoma Drynariae, Achyranthes Bidentatae, Eucommia, Yam, Psoralea, Astragalus, Poria and Radix Paeoniae Alba. Conclusion ： Through the software of traditional Chinese medicine transmission auxiliary platform, using data mining technology to study the laws of drug use in modern literature, we can obtain the tacit knowledge and information, which cannot be found by traditional literature collation and statistical methods, and provide reference for clinical treatment of osteoporosis.
