化痰通络解痉汤结合泻阴补阳针法治疗脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察化痰通络解痉汤结合泻阴补阳针法对脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法:将120例脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪患者随机分为4组,每组各30例,对照组30例采用单纯康复训练治疗,治疗组A 30例单纯采用化痰通络解痉汤进行治疗,治疗组B 30例单纯采用泻阴补阳针治疗,协同治疗组30例采用化痰通络解痉汤结合泻阴补阳针治疗,疗程均为1个月。疗程结束后对比分析各组患者临床疗效、Fugl-Meyer运动功能、Barthel指数变化情况。结果:协同治疗组有效率为90.0%,治疗组A和B的有效率分别为80.0%和86.0%,对照组有效率为60.0%,治疗组和对照组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),协同治疗组与治疗组A、治疗组B比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者Fugl-Meyer运动功能、Barthel指数都得到明显改善,且对照组与治疗组,治疗组A、治疗组B和协同治疗组之间都存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:化痰通络解痉汤结合泻阴补阳针法治疗脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Huatan Tongluo Jiejing Decoction combined with Yin-Reducing and Yang-supplementing acupunture treatment in treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke. Methods： 160 cases of patients with spastic paralysis after stroke were randomly divided into four groups, with 30 cases in each group. 30 cases of the control group were treated by rehabilitation training,30 cases of the treatment group A were treated with Tongluo Jiejing Decoction,30 cases of the treatment group B were treated with Yin-Reducing and Yang-supplementing acupunture treatment,30 cases of the treatment group C were treated with Huatan Tongluo Jiejing Decoction combined with Yin-Redueing and Yang-supplementing aeupunture treatment. The treatment lasted for 1 month. At the end of the treatment, the clinical curative effect, Fugl-Meyer motor function and Barthel index of all the groups were compared and analyzed. Results ：The effective rate of the treatment group C was 92.5% in and that of the treatment group A, B and the control group was 77.5% ,80.0% and 45.0% respectively. There was significant differ- ence between the treatment group and the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was significant differences between the treatment group C and the treatment group A or B （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer motor function and Barthel index of each of the treatment groups were significantly improved compared with that of the treatment group respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The clinical therapeutic effect of Huatan Tongluo Jiejing Decoction combined with Yin-Reducing and Yang-supplementing acupunture treatment in treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke is satisfying.
