乳腺癌患者术后应用心理护理与康复指导的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析乳腺癌患者术后应用心理护理以及康复指导的影响。方法:2013年9月至2015年10月行手术治疗的乳腺癌患者300例为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,各150例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组基于此予以针对性的心理护理干预以及康复指导,对比分析两组患者抑郁评分、焦虑评分、生活质量评分以及满意度评分。结果:经护理指导,观察组患者抑郁评分、护理满意度评分、焦虑评分以及生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对行手术治疗的乳腺癌患者予以针对性心理护理和康复指导,不仅可有效改善患者负性心理,同时还可提高其生活质量以及满意度,适合在临床中运用。Objective：To analyze the effect of psychological nursing and rehabilitation guidance for patients with breast cancer after operation.Methods：300 cases of patients with breast cancer undergoing operation from September 2013 to October 2015 were randomly divided into control group and study group,150 cases in each group. Patients in control group received routine nursing and those in research group got psychological intervention and rehabilitation guidance on the basis of routine nursing. The scores of depression,anxiety,quality of life and satisfaction were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results：After nursing instruction,the patients＇ scores of depression,nursing satisfaction,anxiety and quality of life in study group were better than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：For breast cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment,the targeted psychological nursing and rehabilitation guidance not only can effectively improve the patient＇s negative psychology,but also can improve the quality of life and satisfaction,which are suitable for clinical use.
