冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者血瘀证与外周血血小板微粒膜蛋白表达的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病不稳定型心绞痛血瘀证形成的可能机理。方法选取冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者110名,其中血瘀证组60例和非血瘀证组50例。检测两组患者外周血血小板微粒及其表面膜蛋白血小板膜糖蛋白CD62P、血小板激活复合物1(PAC-1)、血小板膜糖蛋白Ibα、白细胞分化抗原40配体(CD40L)的表达,分析上述指标与冠心病血瘀证的相关性。结果冠心病不稳定型心绞痛血瘀证患者血小板微粒及其表面血小板膜糖蛋白CD62P、PAC-1、CD40L表达水平明显高于非血瘀证组(P<0.05),并与血瘀证存在正相关(P<0.05),r值分别为0.427、0.294、0.200、0.218。结论冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者血瘀证的形成可能与血小板微粒的黏附、聚集、促炎症反应作用有关。Objective To explore the possible mechanism of the formation of blood stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris. Methods One hundred and ten patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris were selected,with 60 cases of blood stasis syndrome and 50 cases of non blood stasis syndrome.Patients＇ peripheral blood platelet microparticle and the expressions of the surface membrane protein P-Selectin,platelet activating complex 1（ PAC-1）,platelet membrane glycoprotein Ibα（ CD42b） and CD40 L in both groups were detected. The correlation of these indexes and coronary heart disease blood stasis syndrome was analyzed. Results In patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris,peripheral blood platelet microparticle and the expression levels of the surface P-Selectin,PAC-1 and CD40 L of those with blood stasis syndrome were higher than those of patients without blood stasis syndrome（ P〈0. 05）,which were positively correlated with blood stasis syndrome（ P〈0. 05）,with r values of 0. 427,0. 294,0. 200 and 0. 218,respectively. Conclusion The formation of blood stasis syndrome in patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris of might relate to the effect of adhesion,aggregation and inflammatory response of platelet microparticle.
