摘  要:为进一步探究单区式双涡旋型收尘极板电除尘器(ESP)内部荷电粒子的输运规律,丰富与完善该电除尘器的除尘机理,在其结构特点的基础上建立了数学模型并寻找合适的边界条件,采用MATLAB数学软件对模型方程进行了仿真求解,并将收尘效率实验的结果与仿真求解结果进行了对比。研究结果显示:所建立的单区式双涡旋型在极板电除尘器内部荷电粒子在流场、扩散场、力场作用下的二阶偏微分输运模型方程及该模型的边界条件能反映内部粒子的运行规律;MATLAB数学软件仿真求解模拟结果表明:一定的运行条件下,在0~14μm粒径范围内,随着粒径的不断增加,收尘效率也逐渐提高,当粉尘粒径从2μm增加到14μm时,粉尘的收尘效率从85.2%提高到94.8%。通过实验验证,实验结果与MATLAB仿真结果的趋势基本一致,证明了模拟结果的可靠性。研究结果表明单区式双涡旋型收尘极板电除尘器性能优良,有良好的发展前景。In order to further explore the transporting principle of the charged particles inside the single-stage double-vortex collecting plate electrostatic precipitator(ESP), and to enrich the dust removal mechanism of this type of ESE we established a mathematical model of its particles transporting under the force fields, the flow field, and the diffusion field as well as the corresponding boundary conditions on the basis of its structural characteristics; mathematical software MATLAB was used to solve the equation of the simulation transporting model; experiments on collection efficiency was performed to compare with the simulation results. The results show that the establishment of the internal charged particles transporting model can explain the transporting principle and the boundary conditions of the model were appropriate; mathematical simulation solved by the MATLAB software shows that, under certain operating conditions, within the 0-14 μm particle size range, dust removal efficiency gradually increases with increasing particle size. When the size of particles increases from 2 μm to 14 μm, the dust collection efficiency will increase from 85.2% to 94.8%. The experimental results are consistent with the trend of MATLAB simulation results, proving that the simulation is reliable. The results indicate that single-stage double-vortex collecting plate ESP has a super function on fine particles and thus has a profound applica- tion prospect.
