摘 要:以2 mm热成形钢板、2 mm冷轧双相钢板和3 mm微合金钢板,共3层钢板的电阻点焊为研究对象,获得了超厚钢板电阻点焊不同电极压力下的工艺窗口,确定了适用于超厚板电阻点焊的工艺参数。结果表明:随着电极力的增加,工艺窗口中的焊接电流宽度逐渐增大。考虑电极力及焊接时间,电极压力为4.6 k N,焊接时间为2×700 ms适用于3层超厚高强钢板的点焊。以前纵梁零件超厚板的电阻点焊为对象,适当增大电极压力和焊接电流,解决了因零件之间的间隙导致的气孔及表面毛刺缺陷。The resistance spot welding of 3 layers of 2mm hot forming steel plate, 2mm cold rolled DP steel plate and 3ram micro alloy steel plate was studied. The weld lobe of resistance spot welding of ultra thick steel plate under different electrode forces was obtained, and the process parameters of resistance spot welding of ultra thick plate were determined. The results show that with the increase of electrode force, the welding current width of weld lobe increases. Considering the effect of electrode force and welding time, the electrode force with 4.6 kN and welding time with 2×700 ms are suitable for the spot welding of 3 layers of super thick high strength steel plate. Taking the spot welding of super thick plate of front rail part as object, increasing the electrode pressure and welding current solves the defects of air hole and surface burr caused by the gap between parts.
