摘 要:法兰盘是石油井口设备中的关键零件。根据准815mm法兰盘的工况,采用力学性能检测、显微组织和断口分析等方法对其断裂失效的原因进行了分析。结果表明:由于法兰盘组织中存在混晶,降低其力学性能;同时,由于热加工工艺不当,使热应力在厚大部位依次累积增大超过其热强度而产生微裂纹,在加压试验时,应力诱发引起裂纹快速扩展,沿径向从中间向两边扩展而断裂失效。Flange is a key part in oil wellhead equipment. According to the working condition of the Ф815 mm flange, the reason for fi-aeture failure was analyzed by mechanical properties testing, microstrueture and fracture analysis. The results show that due to the existence of mixed crystals in the flange plate, its mechanical properties are reduced; at the same time, due to improper heat treatment process, thermal stress is accumulated in thick and large parts, and magnified, micro-cracks produce after exceeding the thermal strength. During the pressure test, the stress induces crack fast propagation extending along the radial direction from the center to the two sides which couses fracture failure.
