摘 要:研究了水灰比、泥灰比、石灰掺量及陶粒掺量对再生淤泥砖物理力学性能的影响。通过4因素3水平正交试验进行了再生淤泥砖的配合比组合设计,分析了各因素对再生淤泥砖性能的影响规律以及各水平间的差异关系。结果表明:泥灰比是影响再生淤泥砖强度和耐水性能最主要的因素,也是最显著因素,其最佳比例为3∶1。采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射方法对再生淤泥砖内部微观结构进行分析,结果显示,淤泥质中含有大量的活性SiO_2、Al_2O_3组分,这些组分在碱性条件下能激发内部活性,生成具有一定粘结强度的胶凝产物,从而对再生淤泥砖的力学性能起到提升作用。The influence of different experimental factor,which includes water-cement ratio, sludge-cement ratio,lime content and ceramsite content,on the physical and mechanical performance of recycled aggregate sludge bricks was studied. An orthogonal experimental design method involving four factors and three factor levels is adopted for the mix design of recycled aggregate sludge bricks,the effect of each factor level on mix proportion of recycled aggregate sludge bricks and the difference between each factor levels are analyzed. The experimental results indicate that sludge-cement ratio is the most principal and significant influencing fac- tor on the strength of recycled aggregate sludge bricks and hydrolytic resistance,the optimum sludge-cement ratio is 3:1. Scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction were used to analyze the microstructure of recycled aggregate sludge bricks,and the re- suits show that sludge contains large amount of reactive Si02 and A1203,it can motivate internal activity under the condition of al- kaline and convert to cementing material which has a certain bonding strength,so as to improve the mechanical properties of the recycled sludge brick.
