摘  要:以粉煤灰、电石渣为主要原料,掺入适量的陶瓷废料、脱硫石膏等,经一定工艺可以制成性能良好的蒸压砖。对样品的力学性能,抗冻性、碳化系数和干燥收缩性能进行了测试与分析。结果表明:添加陶瓷抛光砖粉可以提高样品的强度、改善抗冻性能及抗碳化性能,减小干燥收缩;加入一定粒径的废瓷砖对于提高样品的力学性能、抗冻性能、抗碳化性能,降低干燥收缩有益。蒸压粉煤灰砖的最佳制备条件为:粉煤灰50%、抛光砖粉20%、电石渣18%、废瓷砖12%、脱硫石膏2%(外掺),废瓷砖粒径4 mm;成型压力30 MPa,蒸压温度180℃,蒸压时间600 min。Using fly-ash,carbide slag waste as principal raw material with moderate ceramic waste and flue gas desulfurization gypsum,high performance autoclaved brick can be prepared by a certain technology. The mechanical properties, frost resistance, carbonation coefficient and drying shrinkage of samples were studied. The results showed that adding ceramic palish powder can improve the strength,frost resistance and carbonization resistance,reduce drying shrinkage of samples. Adding a certain size of waste tiles was beneficial to the mechanical properties,frost resistance and carbonization resistance,reduce drying shrinkage of samples. The optimum experimental conditions of autoclaved brick were that fly-ash addition 50% ,ceramic polishing powder addition 20%,carbide slag addition 18%,ceramic solid waste addition 12%,flue gas desulfurization 2% (additive),gypsum ceramic waste tiles size 4 mm. And molding pressure was 30 MPa, autoclave temperature was 180 ℃, autoclave time was 600 min.
