摘  要:利用XRD、SEM等现代材料分析手段,研究当原材料的种类和掺量发生变化时,蒸压灰砂砖制品内部发生的微观结构和形貌变化,并进一步分析这些变化对制品力学性能的影响。结果表明,磨细江砂掺量对蒸压灰砂砖制品的微观性能影响较大,在一定掺量范围内,随着磨细江砂掺量的增加,制品中的水化产物数量持续增加。生石灰掺量的改变主要影响制品中水化产物的种类和数量,这对制品的力学性能影响较大。酸洗污泥中确实有Ca(OH)_2存在且和混合料中的SiO_2发生了水化反应。This paper researched the internal microstructure and morphology change of autoclaved sand-lime brick products when the type and quantity of raw materials change,and further analyzed the impact of these changes on the mechanical properties of the products by using XRD,SEM and other modern means of material analysis methods. The study found that influence of ground sand content on microstructure properties of autoclaved lime sand brick products is obvious, in a Certain content range,with the increasing incorporation of ground fiver sand,the number of hydration products in products continues to increase. Change the lime content mainly affects the types and quantities of hydration products of products,which greatly influence the mechanical prop- erties of products. Pickling sludge does have Ca (OH) 2, which has hydration reaction occurs with SiO2 in the mixture.
