摘 要:为解决自流平砂浆早期强度低和收缩大的问题,常采用较高用量的铝酸盐水泥,但这限制了其推广应用。研究了通过使用早强型聚羧酸系减水剂和低用量铝酸盐水泥配制低成本水泥基自流平砂浆,考察了铝酸盐水泥用量、砂胶比、重钙粉用量、可再分散乳胶粉用量、消泡剂用量对产品性能的影响,最终确定了砂浆的最优配合比。配制的低成本砂浆性能可符合JC/T 985—2005《地面用水泥基自流平砂浆》要求,与市售产品相比,成本可降低100元/t。In order to solve problem of the low early strength and large shrinkage of cement-based self-leveling mortar, we of- ten use more aluminate cement,which restrict the mortar application. A low-cost cement-based self-leveling mortar was prepared by using a high early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer and less aluminate cement. The influences of the amount of alumi- nate cement,sand-binder ratio,coarse whiting content,redispersible emulsion powder and anti-foam agent to mortar were also stud- ied. The optimal mix proportion of materials was determined. The property of the mortar reached the technical requirements of the national standard JC/T 985--2005 "Cement-based self-leveling mortar for ground use". Compared with the like product in the mar- ket,the cost would decrease 100 yuan per ton.
