摘  要:开发了一种新型的PHC管桩混凝土全免压蒸制备工艺,通过原材料的优选和调整配合比,在常温常压自然养护条件下,使PHC管桩混凝土满足抗压强度要求,实现降低成本,节能减排。研究结果表明,胶凝材料用量480 kg/m^3,减水剂采用聚羧酸改性脂肪族减水剂和快分散降粘型减水剂以7∶3的质量比复配而成,掺量为胶凝材料用量的2%,矿粉掺量为胶凝材料用量的20%,砂率34%,水胶比0.24,PHC管桩混凝土7 d抗压强度可达到96.8 MPa;通过扫描电镜对PHC管桩混凝土进行微观分析,水泥浆结构完整性良好,表面致密,未发现明显的裂纹和大尺寸的孔隙。This study developed a new type and full non-autoclaved preparation technology of PHC pipe pile concrete. Through the optimization of raw material and adjusting proportioning,the compressive strength of PHC piles meet the requirements, achieve cost reduction, energy conservation and emissions reduction under natural curing condition of normal temperature and atmo- spheric pressure. Research results show that,the amount of cementitious materials is 480 kg/m2, superplasticizer which is compound- ed by poly carboxylic acid modified aliphatic superplasticizer and superplasticizer of fast dispersion and viscosity reduction by the quality ratio of 7:3,its volume is 2% of cementitious materials,volume of the slag powder is 20% of cementitious materials, sand ratio is 34%,water binder ratio is 0.24,7 d compressive strength of PHC pipe pile concrete can reach 96.8 MPa. Through micro analysis of PHC pipe pile concrete by scanning electron microscope,the structural integrity of the cement mortar is good,the sur- face is dense, no obvious cracks and large size pores.
