摘 要:对地面法轮轨垂直力间断测量技术、准连续测量技术及全连续测量技术的测量原理、实现方法及应用进行了详细阐述。间断测量技术单元测区短,测区与测区间的间断距离长,对轮轨冲击捕获率低,检测精度差;准连续测量技术采用"剪力+支撑力"的测试方式,大幅提高了轮轨垂直力的测试区长度,检测精度、轮轨冲击捕获率均大幅提高,但存在剪力盲区;全连续测量技术在准连续测量技术的基础上,通过测区覆盖法、复合测区法等,实现了轮轨垂直力连续测量技术的重大突破。This paper introduced the developing process from discontinuous measurement technology,quasi continuous measurement technology to completely continuous measurement technology of wheel/rail vertical force measurement with ground method.In term of discontinuous measurement technology,the unit test area is short,the discontinuous distance is long between the test areas,the wheel/rail impact acquisition rate is low,and the detection precision is poor;In term of quasi continuous measurement technology,the test method of 'shear+ support force' is adopted,which greatly increases the length of the test area of wheel/rail vertical force,the detection precision and wheel/rail impact capture rate are greatly improved,but there is shear blind area;Completely continuous measurement technology which is based on quasi continuous measurement technology,through the coverage or complex survey area method,has achieved a major breakthrough in the continuous measurement technology of wheel/rail vertical force.
