摘　　要：目的:建立右丙亚胺合理用药综合评价方法,为右丙亚胺的合理使用及科学管理提供依据。方法:通过文献查阅、指南以及药品说明书,确定右丙亚胺合理用药综合评价方法,并抽取某院病例进行试评。结果:建立了一套科学、实用的右丙亚胺合理用药综合评价方法并应用该方法进行评价分析,结果调查的病例中存在右丙亚胺应用浓度过大、与蒽环类药物应用比例不当以及医嘱备注不详等问题。结论:本评价方法的建立有助于促进右丙亚胺临床合理使用。OBJECTIVE To establish an evaluation method for the rational use of dexrazoxane and provide a reference for the scientific management and rational use of dexrazoxane.METHODS By referring to the related literatures and guidelines for clinical use of dexrazoxane,an evaluation method for its rational use was established and applied,and some medical records in the hospital were taken and assessed based on a set of drug-use indicators.RESULTS A scientific and practical evaluation method was established for rational use of dexrazoxane.The problems found in the sampled medical records included overuse,overdose,irrational combination with anthracyclines,lack of comprehensive record of doctors＇ order,etc.CONCLUSION The established dexrazoxane assessment method is helpful to promote rational use.
