宣肺止咳汤治疗感冒后咳嗽疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察宣肺止咳汤治疗感冒后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:79例随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组予宣肺止咳汤治疗,对照组予右美沙芬愈创甘油醚糖浆,两组均7天为一疗程,观察两组临床疗效。结果:总有效率观察组87.5%,对照组66.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宣肺止咳汤治疗感冒后咳嗽有一定疗效。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Cough Decoction in the treatment of cough after common cold. Method： 84 cases were divided into observation group and control group randomly. The observation group were treated with Dispersing Lung for Arresting Cough Decoction while the control group were treated with Dextromthorphan Hydrobromide and Guaifenesin Syrup. The course of treatment was 7 days in the two groups. The clinical therapeutic effect was observed in the two groups. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.5% while that of the control group was 66.7%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Dispersing Lung for Arresting Cough Decoction has a certain therapeutic effect in the treatment of cough after common cold.
