摘 要:针对土石坝安全评价现状,依据相关规范和工程经验,按土石坝实测效应量和环境量指标划分构建两次安全评价指标体系,利用模糊综合评判分析实测效应量指标的初次评价结果,判断环境量指标二次评价的必要性及其时效性,并给出具有时效性的土石坝安全评价流程。实例应用结果表明,基于模糊综合评判的土石坝时效性安全评价能充分利用实测数据,较好地弥补了评价中的滞后性问题。In the view of the current status of dam safety evaluation, two earth rockfill dam safety evaluation index systems were constructed by the measured effect quantities index and environmental variable index according to the related specification and engineering experiences. The study analyzed the first evaluation results of the measured effect quantities index by the means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and the necessity and timeliness of the secondary evaluation by judging the environmental variable index. Furthermore, the concrete procedures of earth-rockfill dam safety evaluation with timeliness were expounded by an engineering example. The results show that the proposed method can make full use of the measured data, and make up for the hysteresis problem of the evaluation.
