摘 要:文章旨在探讨图书馆学界长期忽略的一个问题:在图书馆运行和服务过程中产生的能源消耗与温室气体排放造成对环境的不利影响。图书馆能耗增长的影响因素主要包括建筑与运行不规范、数字设备不断增加、数字设备空闲率较高、数字设备采购缺乏科学论证、环境意识与能源管理基础薄弱。面对能耗增长挑战,图书馆应从合理的建筑规模、科学的数字设备采购与管理方式、构建图书馆联盟、环境素养教育和资源节约等方面进行应对。This paper discusses a long-neglected issue in library world, which is the adverse effect on the environment caused by ever-increasing energy consumption and greenhouse gases(GHG) emission. The result shows that the main influence factors of ever-increasing energy consumption of library includes five aspects which are non-standard construction and operation,rising level of digital faculties,high vacancy rate of digital faculties,unscientific purchasing of digital faculties,unvalued environment awareness and energy management. While facing the practical challenges of ever-increasing energy consumption, the feasible countermeasures can be put into effect for library includes five aspects that are the reasonable construction scale, scientific purchasing and management style of digital faculties,constructing library alliance,environment literacy education and resources saving.
