摘 要:以Ni60A粉为预置涂层,以Ti C粉、Ti N粉、WC粉和Co粉为喷射材料,采用新型的超声波辅助氩弧熔覆-喷射技术,在基体Q235钢板上制备Ti(C,N)增强Ni60A复合涂层。通过调整粉末的喷射速度来改变熔覆层中增强颗粒的比例,并借助光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、显微硬度计以及摩擦磨损试验机等仪器对制备的涂层进行组织形貌、化学成分、显微硬度和耐磨性的分析。结果表明,借助超声波振动的辅助效果,以及喷射粉末的均匀性,在喷射速度较小时,增强颗粒分布均匀,而过大的喷射速度,则易出现团聚现象,熔覆效果变差。当喷射速度为0.4 m L/min时,涂层表面形貌美观,结合强度高,综合性能优良。涂层的平均显微硬度比基体Q235钢提高了约6倍,耐磨性提高了约13倍。The Q235 steel plate was strengthened with Ti(C,N) particle reinforced the nickel coating which was prepared by the new ultrasonic-assisted argon-arc clad injection technology using Ni60 A powder as preset coating, and Ti C, Ti N,WC, and Co powder as spraying powder. By adjusting the injection speed of the powder, the ratio of the reinforcing particles in the cladding layer was changed. The microstructure, chemical composition, micro hardness and wear resistance of the prepared coating were investigated through OM, SEM, EDS, micro-hardness tester and friction and wear testing machine. The results show that with the aid of ultrasonic vibration, and the uniformity of the spray powder, when the injection speed is smaller, the enhanced particle distributes uniformly. While the phenomenon of agglomeration easily appear at too large injection speed, so the effect of cladding becomes bad. When the injection velocity is 0.4 ml/min, the coating has a good appearance and high bonding strength, the comprehensive performance is the best. The average microhardness of the coating improves by about 6 times than that of Q235 steel, and the wear resistance increases by about13 times.
