摘 要:采用液面波动VOF和传热模型,运用ANSYS CFX有限元仿真软件构建薄板坯在结晶器内的波动状况和温度场分布。通过有限元计算可知:液面波动VOF模型可以有效地对三维结晶器液面波动进行模拟;通过仿真研究拉速与液面波动的关系和拉速与温度场的关系,得出随着拉速的增大,液面波动加剧,卷渣增多,结晶器出口处的温度增大。The level fluctuation VOF and heat transfer model of thin slab in the mold and the fluctuation of temperature field of ANSYS were constructed by CFX finite element simulation software. By finite element calculation, the fluctuation of the liquid level in the three dimensional mold can be effectively simulated by the VOF model of the liquid level fluctuation to study the relationship between the speed and the liquid level fluctuation, and the pulling speed and temperature field. The results show that, with the increase of the pulling speed, the fluctuation of the liquid level and the volume of the slag increase, the temperature of the outlet of the mold increases.
