摘  要:通过铸造方式制备高铬铸铁-合金钢双金属复合组织,观察机械振动对双金属复合界面的影响。利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜观察界面金相组织,以及扫描Fe、Cr元素在界面过渡区域分布情况;利用显微硬度计测量界面两侧硬度变化;通过拉伸和冲击试验测量界面结合力学性能。合适的振动频率能有效的改善铸造品质,提高元素扩散效率,高铬铸铁与合金钢实现良好的冶金结合。The bimetallic composite structure of high chromium cast iron and alloy steel was prepared by casting. The effect of mechanical vibration on the interface of bimetallic composite structure was studied. The microstructure of the interface was observed with an optical microscope. The distributions of Fe, Cr elements was detected by energy disperse spectroscopy. Microhardness tester was used to measure the hardness change on both sides of the interface. The mechanical properties of the interfacial bonding were evaluated by tensile and impact tests. The result shows that appropriate vibration frequency can effectively improve the casting quality and improve the efficiency of element diffusion. Good combination of metallurgy between high chromium cast iron and alloy steel has been discovered.
