摘  要:以V、Ti生铁、废钢为主要料,生产试制了QT450-10钒钛球墨铸铁轮毂,并研究了球墨铸铁轮毂金相组织、力学性能及断口形貌等。研究结果表明,严格控制钒钛球墨铸铁化学成分,尤其控制Ti<0.08%,Mn<0.4%,采取合理的球化和孕育处理,石墨球化效果良好;V-Ti球墨铸铁中铁素体含量≥80%,R_m>450 MPa,伸长率A>10%。经930℃退火处理抗拉强度平均达到483 MPa,而伸长率平均为16.8%,伸长率比铸态条件提高35.5%;通过SEM观察,断口的微观形貌由解理断口和准解理断口混合组成,热处理态下断口的微观形貌为具有较好韧性的准解理特征。QT450-10 V-Ti duetile cast iron hub was trial-produced with V-Ti pig iron and scrap steel as main materials.Also the microstructure, mechanical properties and fracture morphology of V-Ti nodular graphite cast iron hub were studied. The result shows that the spherical effect of graphite is ideal through strict controlling chemical composition,especially controlling Ti0.08%, Mn0.4%, and proper nodulizing and inoculation. The ferrite content of V-Ti nodular cast iron is less than 80%, the tensile strength is more than 450 MPa, the extending rate is more than 10%. Thruogh heat treatment, the tensile strength reaches 483 MPa, the extending rate is 16.8%, which is increased by 35.5% as-cast. The fractography is composed of cleavage fracture and quasi cleavage fracture. The fractography of heat treatment state shows better toughness characteristics of quasi cleavage.
