摘  要:依据整体叶轮的几何特点,创建了叶轮的三维实体模型,确定了叶轮五轴数控铣削加工工艺路线,规划了叶轮的粗、半精、精加工刀具轨迹,并通过UG/Post Builder后置处理器验证了刀具轨迹的可行性,生成了NC程序代码,从而缩短了叶轮加工的生产周期,降低了生产成本,为工艺人员对整体叶轮的加工提供了参考依据。Based on the geometrical characteristics of integral impeller, the three-dimensional entity model is established in this paper, and the five-axis NC milling process of impeller is confirmed, finally the rough, semi-finishing and finishing ma- chining tool paths are programmed. Also, the feasibility of tool path is verified through the UG/Post Builder, and the NC code is generated. Consequently, the production cycle of impeller machining is shortened, and the production cost is reduced. This way can provide the reference basis for the machining of integral impeller by the technologists.
