摘  要:机翼对接装配是飞机制造中的一个关键环节,前期的零件制造、部件装配是对接装配的基础。在某型机机翼对接装配中,陆续出现了多起螺栓断裂现象。为研究螺栓断裂问题,对螺栓断裂破坏原因进行了分析、在此基础上开展了螺栓断裂问题复现试验及更进一步的试验研究,依据研究结果,给出了解决问题的措施,在后续装配中再出现这一问题,取得了良好的效果。Aircraft wing assembly is one of the key techniques of aircraft manufacturing. The early parts manufacturing and component assembly are the basis of aircraft wing assembly. Many bolts were found to have fractured during the assembly of a certain aircraft wing. In order to study the problem of bolt fracture, the fracture reasons are analyzed in this paper. Reappearance of the same problem and test research are then carded out. Based on the test results, measures to solve such problem are given, thus the assembly procedure has been promoted.
